Dia del Niño & Children’s day
Every year, on the third Sunday of the month of August, Children’s Day (Dia del Niño) is celebrated in Argentina. It’s special day in which the smallest members of the home are honored, and when their well-being is promoted through various recreational activities. The celebration originated in the year 1958 through an initiative of the Argentine Chamber of the Toy industry, for that reason Children’s day is somewhat associated with gifts. The festivity is one of the most desired ones for children in Argentina, as well as in other parts of the world, and one of the most popular in the country. Certainly a day of great joy in an exclusive dedicated to children!
